Remote Social Media Marketing Specialist (Freelance / Work from Home)

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across major social platforms. This is a remote freelance opportunity, ideal for professionals passionate about brand storytelling, audience growth, and engagement through social media.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube, as well as experience managing both organic and paid social campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Create and schedule high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, reels, etc.).
• Manage daily operations across multiple platforms, monitor performance, and adjust strategies based on insights.
• Plan and run paid advertising campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
• Analyze data, prepare performance reports, and optimize ROI across social channels.
• Collaborate with design, SEO, and content teams to align campaigns with broader marketing goals.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, platform updates, and social media best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
• Deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube marketing strategies.
• Experience with social analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.).
• Excellent content creation and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote or freelance setting.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Paid ads campaign management (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Content planning and influencer collaboration.
• Video editing and creative asset coordination.
• Knowledge of audience targeting and remarketing.
• Familiarity with AI-driven social media tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI).
