Freely.work User Agreement

Publisher: Digital Flow Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company” or “we”)
Scope of Application: This Agreement applies to all users (“User” or “you”) who access or use the services provided by Freely.work and its affiliated platforms (including but not limited to mobile sites, WeChat official accounts, and mini programs).
1. Important Notice
- Freely.work sells virtual digital products, including but not limited to online courses, video materials, digital data packs, paid consultations, and case studies. All sales are final and non-refundable (unless otherwise required by applicable law). Please read course descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
- All course content, cases, and data on this site originate from the instructor (who is also the website operator). The materials are 100% authentic and verified.
- Learning outcomes depend on each learner’s background, comprehension, self-discipline, execution, and time investment. The Company makes no guarantees regarding learning results, career changes, or income increases.
- This site does not accept malicious reviews arising from users’ personal learning deficiencies, lack of persistence, or failure to follow through with the course. If you have concerns or disputes, please contact customer service or the instructor directly.
- If a user posts defamatory, insulting, or false statements, the platform reserves the right to delete such content, suspend or terminate the account, and pursue legal liability.
2. Definitions
- User: Any individual or entity who registers or otherwise uses the services of this website.
- Course/Product: Any paid or free digital content and services provided by instructors or third parties on the platform.
- Instructor/Publisher/Employer: Any individual or organization that publishes courses or job information on the platform.
3. User Eligibility and Account Registration

The website backend includes a system that monitors and matches device IDs with regular IP addresses to detect abnormal login or shared-account activities. 5. Purchase and Payment
- Purchase process: Select course → Confirm order → Complete payment → Gain access or download rights.
- Payment methods: As listed on the platform payment page.
- Pricing and promotions: The displayed course price is final. Discounts and promotions are subject to the rules stated on the page.
6. Refund and After-Sales Policy
- All virtual digital products are non-refundable once purchased.
- If the course content is significantly inconsistent with the description, or access fails due to verified technical issues, users may contact customer service within 7 days of purchase and provide supporting evidence.
- The platform reserves the right to refuse refunds and restrict accounts involved in malicious refund requests or abuse of after-sales policies.
- Courses obtained through unauthorized means (such as piracy, file sharing, or account sharing) are not eligible for after-sales service.
7. Content Authenticity and Disclaimer

- While the materials are genuine, learning results vary by individual. The Company does not guarantee any specific outcomes, including employment, income, or performance improvement. Users should assess their own circumstances and assume learning risks.
- If false, fraudulent, or infringing content is found, users may report it to the platform. Upon verification, the platform will take action and pursue legal liability as necessary.
8. Intellectual Property
- All course content, lecture materials, videos, images, design, layout, and trademarks are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to the publisher or the Company.
- Purchasing a course grants users only a personal, non-transferable license for study. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use in any form is prohibited.

9. User Conduct

- Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the People’s Court having jurisdiction over the registered address of Digital Flow Network Technology Co., Ltd.
16. Miscellaneous
- This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and the platform. Oral commitments not confirmed in writing are invalid.
- If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
